Tenants are divorcing. He was arrested for domestic abuse this weekend as she ended up in hospital. She now has a restraining order against him. They are on a month to month and she is wanting to stay but get his name off the lease. How can this be done under Texas laws.

If they are on month to month just re-issue the next month lease without his name on it.
