On this for it states that the Tenant understands that this charge is not a penalty or fee that relieves the Tenant of his/her obligations under the Lease. Tenant is still responsible for all obligations under the lease, including paying for all rent due. Is rent due just for the 30 days after the notice is given? or for the entire length of the lease?
