Bankruptcy

I have a tenant in my Mississippi home who is threatening bankruptcy in order to not pay rent.  We have come to an agreement on an early termination via text, when I write up the agreement can I state that with prior knowledge of bankruptcy to void the contract a bankruptcy will not release you from the financial obligations?
