Landlord Question and Answer Forum
If married tenants signed a lease in the state of Ohio nine years ago. Is the lease still legal and valid ? Does it renew every year without a renewal clause? Also if a divorce has happened are both parties still responsible for the lease amount? {divorce happened over 5 years ago}

RE: renewal leases
Without a renewal clause it switched to a month to month. Are they both still living there? You need to do a new lease for whoever is still living there.
