I am renting out a house located on five acres in the country. the tenant plans to bring horses onto the property when he moves in. can I put a clause in the lease that he accepts all legal respnsobility created by that livestock. (EG. horse gets out on the road and is struck by an automobile).

Sure, require that he carry insurance and check your insurance to make sure you are covered.
