my tenant agreed to continue to pay(supplement) an additional 9 months left on his lease since he needed to move out early. He pricing my rental below what he was paying to encourage someone to rent asap. Do I have to pay his security deposit back now or 30 days after his lease is up? and should i just do an addendum or what should he sign for the $395 shortfall?
