Do you have any insight as to how to handle this situation…tenant has not paid any rent for this month, a neighbor called us to tell us that the DEA and police had raided the house, they have changed the locks on the house without permission. We can find no info online but it looks like nothing has changed there in a week and we can’t get hold of her on the phone. What do we need to do to as far as legal notice to break in there and get the doors and locks changed?
