Hi,
One of my friend was living in an apartment community. He allowed another person to stay in his house on a sublet (though it is not accepted as per his apartment community). Now his lease is ending in another 20 days. But the person he had allowed to stay on a sublet is not vacating the house or even planning to vacate by the end of lease.
What legal options do we have now?
