Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Landlord owns house, they live up top we live on bottom. We are really having a tough time right now with 2 little boys in the mix, and could really use some legal advice, or options i would have from someone who knows the laws in PA. Please get back to me ASAP, very urgent

What are you asking? are you trying to say that there is to much noise from the landlords two little boys? Is there some other trouble and the two boys belong to you?
