STATE OF NE: What is the Tenant's minimum age as a roommate on a lease. Two girls -- a 26 year old and a 17 year old living together. The 26 year old has to be the only one liable for the lease unless we have the parents co-sign with the daughter... correct?

Yes the 26 year old is the tenant and the 17 year old would just be an occupant. I don't know if you can be a tenant on a lease unless you are an adult. I would do some research. I have never encountered this yet but thank you for sharing this!
