Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Our rental property has sold and the new owners(who will occupy) are asking that we give our long term tenants a 30 day notice . Is this allowed as an exception to the 60 day rule?

RE: 60 day notice exception
If the property has been sold (recorded) its up to the new owner to evict tenants.
