Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am a landlord of a duplex. I have a tenant whose lease will end October 31th 2017. I am in serious need of housing for myself. Is it any legal way I can end my tenant's lease sooner in lieu of my housing crisis. Anyone knows what the state of Pennsylvania allows for situations like this.

RE: Landlord needs to move in a leased unit
Make sure to read through your lease and there is a required amount of notice you must give your tenant.
