Can landlords use the adendum for no marijuana cultivation or use in our rentals for the state of Maine

It is always good to have drug clauses in the lease. However I am not in Maine. Marijuana is a tough one because it is slowly becoming legalized for medical patients.

If it is legal for medical use in your state, you are still allowed to say it can't be smoked. There are other ways to ingest marijuana, and the smoke does affect others and potentially your property.
