The house that my daughter is renting is possibly being sold. She has a lease that goes to June 17. The new buyer wants to move in by the end of Jan 17 or will not buy the house. If the buyer doesn't buy the house the county will be confiscating the house for back taxes. I don't know what to tell her what to do. Should I just go talk to a local attorney or wait for advice?

RE: Messed up landlord

The new owner has to honor the current lease or offer a buy out. Either way I would start looking for a new rental. I am sorry about this but hoe that it helps.
