Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We understand Georgia has no statute on right of entry. We forgot to put a right of entry clause in our lease. Can the tenant refuse right of entry to show the property for sale and to take pictures with their personal items in the house during their lease term?

RE: Right of entry in Georgia
I don't think you can take pictures of their personal property during their lease term but i do believe you do have right of entry to do your rental inspections. I would really look through government websites for your area to find the exact information you are looking for.
