Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Can a landlord who is in the military terminate the tenants lease if they have military retirement order and need to move back in our property?

RE: Landlord terminate
I would very carefully read through your lease. If the landlord has a clause stating a certain amount of notice they can give to terminate the lease then this landlord can do so if they stayed within their limits. I would also consult with a lawyer as well. Good luck.
