Landlord Question and Answer Forum
We are thinking of raising the rent at one of our properties by a small margin, which would still keep us under the current market value for the area. However, we have heard that there is a cap (max per year) that can be added to the current rent here in Florida. Please can someone advise.

RE: RENT INCREASE
There is no regulation in Florida however depending on how much you are going to increase rent you may need to give a certain amount of notice that must be given. Check with your local cities requirements!
