Recently my tenants were without gas for 7 days duer to a leak that needed to be repaired. Do I adjust for the 7 days of rent? Do I make a smaller adjustment as opposed to the total rent for 7 days?

I would adjust for the 7 days of rent if they were not in the rental property due to the repairs that were needed. Good luck!
