How many days notice do you have to give a tenant who has violated the lease agreement for non payment to leave.

You must first give a demand for rent, then once that time has passed, and you file with the court you can send a 10 day notice to quit, which you must also file with the court. You can also speak you your local court for the correct steps and forms to submit.
