Im in California and have a tenant who has 4 broken down vehicles sitting on my property. I am just waiting for the neighbors to complain!! What are my options on making her remove them?

RE: Limiting Number of Vehicles a tenant can have
In your lease you can designate and state that there are a limited number of spaces to park in, if the number of cars is more than that amount of spaces then it is considered junk and must be removed from the property or towed at the tenants cost. You must state this ahead of time however if it was not stated send a polite notice that there have been complaints and that they must be removed or they will be towed at there expense. Make sure you check with your attorney or local police to see if there are any regulations on this matter.
