I my lease it says prior premission for any guest staying longer then one week. My renter invited a girl to share rental - without consenting with us - it has been a week in a half. I gave the notice unauthorized occupant notice - my renter is telling my manager that she won't leave and is making a big scene - if she doesn't vacate then what do I do evict him then she goes?

Yes you would legally need to evict both persons. Tenant and the Guest. This is the only way that you will need to remove them by force of the authorities,
