my family and I have inherited my mothers house and are renting it out till we sell it. The tenant had a chance to buy it but decided not to,so we have someone interested in looking at it but the tenanant will not cooperate in being avavilable to open the house for us..we don't have extra keys to the house because mom only had one set. so what can we do

The tenant cannot deny you entry to the house if you give them 24 hours notice. You can evict because of this. You can also call to have the local authorities there to allow you entry into the house. Is there suspicious activity going on ? This is another good reason to get the police involved.
