I have a person living in my apartment her sister had the lease,Her sister is now in prison. The sister will not move. They are now into us for 2,500.00$. This lady is causing trouble with manager and other tenants. Any advice?

Evict them, you will need to do so even if they are not on the lease. You may be able to get the police involved if they are considered trespassers. You can evict them on many account it seems, just make sure to have proof and file everything with the courts to make sure it all goes smoothly.
