When renting out an apartment, Is it required to provide a closet in each bedroom, in PA?

RE: Closet in bedroom
No, for instance a property that I have in Philadelphia just does not have closets as with many older city buildings and apartments. You can't create them if the foundation does not allow for it. It is one reason I moved out of the city to begin with. Closet space does bring up a good amenity, it is something that many people especially in urban areas fight to have.
