Are there any laws in Kansas regarding a no-children policy on my lease agreement? I see that a no-smoking policy is allowed, but what about something similar for no children?

RE: No Children
No you cannot discriminate against children. However you can limit the occupancy of the unit based on your state statutes (usually 2 people per bedroom).
You can discriminate against smokers.
You can discriminate against pets (but not service animals).
