Landlord Question and Answer Forum
In Oct. 2013, I purchased a property from a tax foreclosure sale, but by law could not, do anything with the property until deed was in hand. The property has squatters in the house , I sent a register letter with an lease application , also I laid out the amount of the payment if they wanted to remain on the premise . I received and e-mail refusing entry into the property and no discuss of rent/lease payment or completion of the forms sent, I sent notice to enter 72 hours in advance, and was refused entry into the premise and access to the back-yard.
I want the squatters out . What do I do next?

RE: Squatters in Detroit, michigan
That is very tough, I would contact a Michigan attorney.
