My tenant has an unauthorized dog. the dog has bitten me 2 times causing bruising and drawing blood. They have lived in my flat for a year and a half. can I kick them out with a 30 day notice??

If they do not have permission to have a pet and you have in your lease that having an authorized pet is a violation of the lease, you should be able to kick them out, but only after providing a demand notice for them to get rid of the pet.
