Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I took my tenant to court for eviction ask for passion, back rent and costs. I won it is over 1,500 just so you know its not a small case. But the judge told us to work out a payment agreement and if not to request a hearing. Well of course she won't work out an agreement. So what do I do now? The court house is no help and when I ask for a hearing they say they don't know what I am talking about and they need to know what type of hearing? Does any one have experience with this? Does any one have experience garnishing wages or tax returns?

RE: Won Eviction & fees but how to collect? In IL
I would call back and ask for a hearing. The judge stated for you to schedule a hearing if you could not work out a payment arrangement.
