Landlord Question and Answer Forum

I live in the state of VA and I have two lazy teenagers one 19 and the other one in 25. I would like to remove them from my home, due to the fact they refuse to work,clean and they have stolen items from me. How can I remove them from my home? They were never asked to sign a lease agreement.
