I have a home that I am renting to own and is in my name only. All of the utilities are in my name. I allowed a woman, that I had only known a short time, move in till she could get her own place. This is strictly just trying to help someone and being taken advantage of. This person does not work,clean,or help in anyway in the upkeep of the home. She is even causing problems with some of my neighbors. I have asked and told her repeatedly to move and she says make me.This is a 50 yr. old woman who is more than able to work but doesn't want to. I need my home back! Please advise!!

Treat the women as a trespasser and seek eviction.
