Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / tenant moved out and left property

Our sublet tenant moved out and left property behind. She wants to get her property, and we will give it to her, but is there anything we need to do legally? Any forms or notices that we need to provide. She lived with us for 6 months and never paid any rent which caused enumerous tensions. This is in Oregon.

What you could do is make an itemized list of everything they are picking up, and have them sign that stating that this is everything they left behind and the items they are picking up are in good condition. Then they can't come back to you later and say anything is missing or damaged.

Ok,Thats what we plan on doing.But how ever she will NOT sign anything.So what should we do at this point?
