I would like to know what options I have for a civil suit. I was given a 72 hr. notice by home owner. Soley my failure to pay rent for the previous month. Homeowner moved in a very hostile scary man.My belongings were stolen and destroyed right in front of me until finally i left with a bed and my self.I am asking if I can sue the owner.
