Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am using the ezlandlord lease for Louisiana. My new tenant wants to strike the paragraph regarding waiving his right to notice of default. Should I permit him? What does waiving right of defaut mean in plain English?

RE: Notice of Default
I would need to read more to see what it exactly states, but I have not had a tenant ask to have that removed. If you do remove something, both parties need to initial both copies.
