Evicting a tenant in massachusetts, he was order out by courts May 1 and hs snce filed for bankrupcy to avoid evictin. Anyone know wh to do next?

Hmm that seems pretty tricky, but if you filed 1st... it seems like you should be able to move forward with an eviction.
