I inherited properties from my uncle. His ex-girlfriend's mother had been living in one house with his permission for a year or so. There was never a lease, and she never paid rent. Family drama, long story short I want her out. I have filed to have her evicted. Does anyone know in NC if I can enter the property without her permission (I don't have keys).

I would def not enter the prop without permission. However, I guess you could always contact an attorney to see what your rights are.
