I am getting ready to send out a 3 day notice to my tenant. Should I include the late fee in the amount due? It does state in the lease that a late fee is added but I read somewhere that we should not include that in the eviction notice

I always include a late fee in my lease, that way its noted. However, you must also double check your state laws.
