I agreed to,let some people park their trailer on my property for a week. They live in it. After a variety of false stories and promises, they haven't left. It's been two months. No rent, no agreement. How do,I get rid of them? Do I follow the eviction process and customize forms since there isn't a rental agreement?

Since there was no written agreement in place, then yes you'd have to evict.

Regardless of an agreement, it seems you will have to follow through with an eviction.
