I am a new landlord to a house I inherited. I am unable to get in contact with the tenant that is currently residing in one of the apartments in the house. What step should I take to contact her? I have mailed her a letter and taped one to her door with my contact information but she still has not contacted me.

what is the reason for contact? it seems as if you have already done what i would have suggested.
