Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a guy living in my house and his lease is ending oct 1st. I sent him a reminder that his lease would be ending and that I will not be offering him a renewal lease and that he needs to vacate. He keeps calling me and texting me. I am going to up my rent and in all truth he changed the locks and did not tell me. He is never around when i want to see the property and I have no keep and he says he is too busy to get one. So I simply did not offer him a renewal...what to tell him?

I don't think you have to give a reason, but I would just outline exactly what you just said here.
