Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I served the tenant a Non-renewal of Lease on May 1, 2012 and she is to vacate on July 31, 2012. The tenant hasn't even packed one box. My question is, What rights do I have as the landlord, if she doesn't have all of her belongings out on the vacate date?

If she doesnt move out, you will have to proceed with an eviction.
