How many days notice do I have to give a tenant to vacate the property in NYS? Also about a month ago she asked if I was going to renew the lease and I told her yes. But in light of new information I have chosen not to renew. She is harassing the neighbors, keyed thier vechicles and has 3 dogs in my apartment. All are violation of the lease agreement.
