Indiana has a required10 day Notice to Terminate Tenancy requirement before an eviction process can begin. I have sent this. However, in my rental agreement I also have a 30 day notice for tenant to vacate premise without cause. My question is this. Would my 30 day time frame begin after the required 10 day notice? or can the 10 days be the first 10 days of my 30 days leaving 20 days remaining?
