I have been to court three times and was awarded eviction of this tenant.The first time the police came to evict they filed a motion to stop.The second time the police came they couldnt evict because the tenant had become ambulatory and social services had to be involved.A total of one month has passed and calls to cook county evictions have yielded nothing.Im filing a motion of extenson of eviction.Its been three months and I am no farther ahead.Thank you for any guidance.
