I have three boys living with me in Mentor on the Lake Ohio and the youngest is going to be 18 on December 18, 2011. I need to know what I need to do to get them out of my house?

This is more of a domestic situation, especially when there are minors involved. I would contact your authorities rather then present a case llike this in front of a judge.

I have asked my 25 year old daughter to stay with us so she sort herself out, instead she has caused a lot of problems and called the police on my husband. she does not pay rent or contribute to any bills or any of financial contribution at all. how can I evict her?
