I have 2 tenents in 1 apartment the male assaulted another tenant and then went to jail and mental evaluation. The female does not want him back in the apartment is it possible to evict only one of the tenants. We are in Washington State

Every state that I'm aware of has a clause that if there is any kind of assault within the lease, you (and the tenant) have the immediate right to remove or quit the lease and the other person is not allowed back in. Check just to make sure, but I'm pretty sure WA would have that as well.
