Landlord Question and Answer Forum
My former tenant had extensive damages to my property and subsequently is not receiving the Security deposit back. Tenant now wants my physical address to have papers served. I don't have a problem with being served, I just don't want to provide my personal address to the Tenant. Is there a requirement that I provide this information after the lease has ended in Georgia or what are other alternatives?

RE: TENANT WANTS PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO SERVE PAPERS
In most states, a Landlord must provide an "address" where a Tenant may be able to mail notices and what not.
