Forum / Move-Out & Eviction / Evicted tenants parent, but now son who just turned 18 will not leave.

What are my options: He is not on the lease, because he was a minor. Do I have to serve him an additional eviction notice, and can hold him responsible for the rent since he is living there, until he is out? Do I proceed with eviction filing for original tenant and consider this her problem(she can't control son either) Looking for the quickest solution.

Evict them both - put both their names on all the eviction paperwork.
