i have a tenant who refuses to leave or to pay rent. it has been past the 45 days since ive served her 5-day notice. what is the quickest way to get her out

RE: evict

You need to file in court to evict her, and go through the normal eviction process. There's an overview of the process in the articles section of this site, I believe.
