I had a couple renting month to month. They married while living in the house. They seperated, and she had his name removed from the lease over a year ago. She has since moved out with no notice, and left the place a complete disaster. Every screen was torn from her cats, and the place was filthy. Can I go after both of them even though he has not been in residence there, and has been removed from the lease?
