Mother living in our home. moved out on march17th and left furniture and stored itmes in the garage and in our apartment. I am in california. She was not on a lease. Is their a specific form to use? Help!

I would just send her a letter saying "Please remove your personal belongings from the Leased Premises at ___ immediately, as new tenants will be moving into the property shortly."
